Spa Policies

APPOINTMENTS:

  • Appointments may be made with a credit card to reserve your time.
  • Since we reserve room, products, and therapist time exclusively for your service, 24-hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time may be billed in part or full.
  • “No show” appointments may be billed in part or full amount of the service and gift certificates may be voided automatically.
  • Multiple “no shows” may result in refusal of service.
  • No refunds on gift certificates.

We appreciate your consideration and courtesy. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS:

  • As we have reserved a specific amount of time for you, late arrivals will receive service for the balance of their appointment times.
  • Fees will not be reduced for adjusted time due to late arrivals.
  • Continuous late arrivals may result in refusal of service.

CELL PHONES:


Please have cell phones off or in silent mode out of consideration for others. Remember- It’s time to relax!

CHILDREN:

  • While we adore children, there are potentially harmful chemicals in use in the spa area, and no area for kids in the studio, therefore, children are not allowed.
  • Children receiving spa services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CONDUCT:

  • Our goal to be respectful and considerate of our clients, and we ask the same curtsey from our clients.
  • Please be conscious of your language; refrain from vulgar or unkind words.
  • Soft Voices, Quiet Minds: Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.

It is in our best interest that you are completely satisfied with, and benefit from the services we provide. If for any reason your expectations are not met, we would like to hear from you.
